What we collect
Booking details you give us: your name, city, phone number, and email address.
Safety details for a trip: an emergency contact, any relevant medical notes, and your swimming ability.
Payments are handled by our payment providers. We do not store your full card or mobile-money details.
How we use it
To process your booking and deposit, send you the trip brief and updates, run the trip safely, and answer your questions.
Who we share it with
Only the partners needed to run your trip — for example the campsite, transport, and activity guides — and our payment providers. We do not sell your information.
How long we keep it, and your choices
We keep booking records only as long as we need them for your trip and our own records.
