How booking, payment, safety, and cancellations work on a PackTwende trip. By reserving a seat, you agree to these terms.
Booking and payment
A deposit reserves your seat, and your seat is confirmed once we receive it. The balance is due 7 days before departure.
Prices and deposits for each trip are shown on that trip's page.
Cancellations and transfers
Deposits are non-refundable unless PackTwende cancels the trip.
You can transfer your ticket to someone else before the final guest-list deadline.
Activities, safety, and responsibility
Our trips include adventure activities such as rafting, zip-lining, swimming, and plunging that carry inherent risk. You take part at your own risk.
You must follow all guide and host safety instructions. No alcohol before water or height activities.
We can remove anyone whose behavior is unsafe or puts others at risk, without a refund.
Changes or cancellations by us
Weather, water levels, or safety may force changes to the itinerary or dates. We will communicate any changes as early as we can.
If we cancel a trip, we refund what you have paid toward it.
Your responsibilities
Arrive on time, bring the listed gear, and share accurate emergency and health information.
Respect other guests, our team, the activity guides, and the venue.
